Site operator

1. Seller of the products

Sasu Super Fashion is the seller of every product offered on the Site and the party you contract with when you place an order. We do not sell products on behalf of other sellers. Orders are packed and shipped by us from the business address above, and returns are handled by us at the same address.

2. Store policies

The following policies apply to purchases from the Site:

3. Product information and accuracy

We describe each product, including its fabric content, country of origin, fit, available sizes, care instructions and price, as accurately as we can. Size guide measurements are approximate, and colors can look slightly different on different screens. If we find an error in product or price information, we correct it on the Site; how a pricing error affects an order you have placed is set out in our Terms of Service. If a product you receive does not match its description, you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual property and trademarks

The Sasu Super Fashion name and logo, and the text, designs, graphics and images on the Site, belong to Sasu Super Fashion or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission except as allowed in our Terms of Service.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Stripe and USPS are trademarks of their respective owners. They are shown on the Site only to identify the payment methods and shipping services we use; their use does not mean that those companies endorse or are affiliated with Sasu Super Fashion.

5. Copyright and content complaints

If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright or other rights, email support@sasusuperfashion.com or write to us at the address above with: your contact details; a description of the work or right concerned; the address (URL) of the content on the Site; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the right or authorized to act for the owner. We review every notice and remove content that infringes.

6. Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as USPS.com for package tracking. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

7. Liability

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but it may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable for maintenance or because of technical problems. Our liability for purchases is set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing on the Site limits the rights you have under consumer protection laws, including implied warranties.
